About Your Alaska Float Trip
Your adventure with us could be for
just half a day to over two weeks in
length depending on where and what
you and your group are looking to do
as you visit Alaska. Most remote
Alaska fishing trips are a week in
length, shorter or longer trips are
based on river of choice, and
availability in our ever evolving
Alaska trip schedule. Depending on
your river of choice your trip may
be one of our Deluxe or Intimate
style Alaska trips. The intimate
rivers program is where we carry
less gear and amenities in order to
access smaller streams while our
deluxe odysseys, usually are
reserved for the Togiak and Alagnak
river trips where we bring
everything including the on river
version of the kitchen sink.
Either way an Alaska Rainbow
Adventures float fishing or wildlife
~ bear viewing trip will satisfy
your quest for the ultimate Alaska
fishing bear viewing experience. For
those of you with less time
available, we offer shorter fishing
trips in areas North and South of
Anchorage with experienced 'local'
Alaska fishing guides and can help
book day fly out trips for bear
viewing and Alaska fishing, Just

The Season Past

Mother Nature did it again this past
year with another season of
outstanding fishing in the Bristol
Bay & South Central regions of
Alaska and the rivers Alaska Rainbow
Adventures operated on this last
season. Many of our repeat clients
have concluded that fishing is the
best they have seen in the years
they have been angling in these
waters. They claim they have never
seen such large healthy fish, or
experienced the abundant numbers we
are seeing today. We did however
also see one of the coolest and
wettest seasons in Alaska recorded
history, This affected the timing of
some salmon runs on the rivers we
float and was also another reason
for good quality raingear,
flexibility of schedule, a sense of
wonder, humor and an ability to roll
with whatever mother nature brings
ones way.

Words
From One Of Our Guests
 Over
the last 27 years I've spent in
excess of 180 days fly fishing with
various outfitters throughout the
world. I've taken three trips
(2005-2007) with Paul Hansen's
Alaska Rainbow Adventures to the
Alagnak(twice) and Moraine Creek and
have another trip scheduled in 2009.
Each trip always exceeded my
expectations for catching fish,
scenery and outfitter service. Paul
is definitely at the top of my list
for professionalism and
fishing/river knowledge. I might
also add his guides mimic his
professionalism. When you're on a
trip with Paul and his guides you'll
feel like family.
